The combined Stora Enso offering of packaging automation, the Design Studio services and shelf ready packaging has been a success with the Russian dairy producer Tul’sky MK.
Shelf ready packaging is still quite new as a concept on the Russian market. Stora Enso Packaging Solutions’ Russian business unit has helped Tul’sky MK to conquer market shares by providing this novelty.
“It all started when we met the customer at an exhibition for packaging automation in Moscow and got to deliver a packaging line for cottage cheese. Since then we have helped Tul’sky MK to develop new packaging solution also for an innovative yoghurt product. The latest project for packing butter bricks which we successfully finished has proved how important it is to work in close cooperation with different departments of our customers, no matter what challenges could appear within a project”, - commented Alexey Blinov, Deputy Sales Director, Packaging Systems at Stora Enso in Balabanovo.
“We have been able to expand together with the customer due to our broad offering. We have over time added packaging design, our good printing quality and packaging material”, - says Dmitry Makarychev, Key Account Manager.
“The cooperation between Stora Enso and Tul’sky MK has been a door-opener for both parties. Tul’sky MK has increased its market share and gained better customer relations by offering a standard product with an advanced packaging solution, and Stora Enso has gained a good reference customer for further exploring the Russian market,” says Victoria Dubova, Marketing Manager at Stora Enso PS sBU Russia.
