It has now, after audits and surveillance by FCC, been renewed. The FCC certificate is valid for five years, but has to be renewed annually. The Stora Enso plantations in Guangxi are certified both according to FSC and CFCC, which is the Chinese standard for sustainable Forest Management and Chain of Custody. Stora Enso support sustainable forest management and promote forest certification on all land used to supply us with wood and fibre. We utilise traceability systems to ensure that all the wood and fibre we use originates from legal sources, and we strive to obtain third party verification.
